round-headed kid

hats are awfully tricky things.

particularly for those among us who have big, round, pumpkinlike heads. as i'm one of those people, i can indeed attest to how much of an enormous pain properly outfitting it is.

thusly, any sort of hat searching becomes something of a dilemma. as i'm currently in need of a nice, lightweight, non-revolting summer hat to help stop myself burning to a crisp whenever we go to car shows, picnics, and the like, i'm curious to know if any of you have got any suggestions. anything? anyone? ideas? suggestions?

the only things i'd ask, other than that suggestions not be hideous, would be that they also not be bright red or khaki. although i suppose bright red would be okay if done properly, though it wouldn't be preferable.

also, bucket hats generally look ridiculous on me, and i've no interest at all in visors, and next-to-none in baseball caps.
