August 04, 2003how does your garden grow?
and alas, this mushroom is no more. but it went the way of all mushrooms in our house in quite a nice way, really---marinated in extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a bit of rosemary and then broiled (as it was too rainy out to grill). nyum. ^^ Comments

XDXD Elva-chan: indeed. portabello = *.*;;; *drools* Fifichu-chan: i got those at the same place i got this one from. ^^ and in fact, these were treated in much the same way (there was a smaller one than this that i cooked, too). only this one was MUCH bigger than the ones that i'd written about before. so big it had to be cut into smaller pieces to fit on a bun and make a sandwich.
