also should mention that the tornado warning & sighting of funnel cloud two towns over was v. scary Saturday night. it hauled ass northeast quite quickly and thankfully did not come any closer, but still.

we have no basement. the other house we'd looked at did, but this one needed less work, and was in all other ways well nigh upon perfect, so it's what we went with. we were contemplating grabbing Diesel and piling into the bathroom, though. normally i like falling asleep when it's storming, and the rain sound is usually rather comforting, but not when it's like that.

wanna find out where the sirens are in our town. Spaz knew where they were in Bartlett, but neither of us has any idea of where they are now that we've moved...certainly heard them, though.
