this is a fucking brilliant song. the CD that Drew made for the CD swap is absolutely bloody amazing. it flows together SO WELL...he obviously must've had a blast doing this. i'm enjoying it muchly. ^-^

as for other stuff, i got a lovely lei on the way to work this morning from some people promoting Hawaiian tourism at Union Station this morning. (the gent who gave it to me said he thought it'd go well with my hair. XD it's white. they had bright purplish-pink ones, too...) real flowers! they smell SO good. i'm wearing it on my head right now. it's lovely...and wow, it really would be fun to go there. or anywhere, really. i want to go *somewhere*. would be nice. maybe someday.

oh, and one more random amusing tidbit from this weekend: was told by someone yet again that they thought i looked like Manda Rin. HOWEVER, it was more amusing this time round, cos it was someone who i did not know and had never met before. first thing she says to me? "hey, do you by any chance know of a band called Bis?" Jon looked at me and said, "yeah, she LOVES them. why?" "cos i was just thinking again that you look an awful lot like Manda Rin. i thought that when i saw you at the show, too." to which i said, "if i had a dime every time i were told that...i'd have about a dollar. XD" and she said, "i didn't mean it in a bad way...i think you're both cute." XD

random. people are so bloody random. good and bad. but RANDOM, above all. o.o;;;
