today's quite crisp out...it looks quite sunny and lovely, but it's pretty chilly to walk around in. not bad...though very strange for getting on toward the end of May.

had a pretty productive weekend all told...got most of what i'd intended to do done. which is a rather satisfying feeling. ^.^ made a pizza yesterday...haven't really done so in ages, but it turned out quite well. mmm, stuffed spinach. *drools* and among other things, i dumped the rest of Fac2002 into MP3s...

i don't think i care too much for the cover of "Hurt" that they did. it's okay...but not really great. jury's still out on "Shack Up" and "Looking from a Hilltop." though i think i'm liking "Shack Up." i still really do like what they did to "Love Will Tear Us Apart," though...i *like* when people do fun covers.

which is something else i need to do once i've figured everything out with the new keyboard...want to arrange something that i'd like us to play. cos i can hear the entire thing in my head. a songbunny, if you will. hence, it MUST be done. the horn players will love and hate me by turns. XD

in other news, people continue to be amazingly wonderful and random. which isn't really news, i suppose...but i guess i'm just surprised again when random people i don't know go out of their way to genuinely be nice to me. restores my faith in humanity...if only for a moment. ^.-

(BTW, that reminds me. someone told me that i'm the most positive person they know see most often the other day. and was serious. O.O;;; er, uh...wow. you need to meet more positive people, then. i mean, that's very nice and all...but wow. o.o;;)
