I AM A COMPUTER AND I DANCE LIKE METRONOME

audio: nothing just yet. the sound of my computer humming.

cold and crisp and sunny yet again today. actually had to stop and get coffee on the way in (you call this hazelnut?!??! O.O;;;) this morning...have been trying not to. have in fact not been drinking much else other than juice, milk, and tons and tons of water lately...cos i was drinking way WAY too much pop before. >.<;;; but as i've been rather tired lately, and was especially tired this morning, i decided to indulge. though i really don't think this is hazelnut. XD

my sister should be coming home with me Friday night. though i s'pose i should tell her this means either she gets to hang out with Spaz for awhile while i'm at practice, or else she gets to come to practice with me...XD plan is that we're going to go see Lord of the Hookers Rings again on Saturday. and quite probably play the pants and/or Mercutio games whilst doing so. XD great fun will be had...well, mostly by the two of us. and we plan to take her to the Bowl House too, as she's still never been. which is an unthinkable crime. if ever you're out this way and you're a friend of mine, you MUST go. MUST. it's imperative. your life, in fact, depends on it. *.*;;

(er, unless you're hardcore vegetarian, in which case you'd probably only be happy with the ice cream. and the sake and/or plum wine. oh, and the tea. but the rest of the food might make you sad...'cept when they bring out the edamame. so perhaps you get a reprieve then. ^.-)

what else? watched our tape of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab 2021, Mission Hill, and SGC2C.

in short: ATHF amuses me to no end. it gets better and better and better. and i would LOVE Cartoon Network forever if they'd bring some of the Williams Street people to cons...particularly to the Chicago ComiCon. (yes, i'm well aware of its other name. but i'm still in denial. >P ) that would make me a happy, happy girlie indeed. particularly if they were to bring Andy Merrill and C. Martin Croker. but dude. MC Pee Pants. XD XD XD XD XD

Sealab...i FINALLY got to see the Bebop Cola episode! *snickers* had heard about it awhile ago and despite them apparently running it a lot, i still hadn't seen it. but yay...i feel much better now, having seen it. Nina Lemone. Fizzy Gillespie. *chortle*

Mission Hill...after weeks of saying this was going to premiere, well...it finally did. hate the character designs...think they're really, really hideous. the dog is great. Kevin is really annoying, but he's supposed to be. feel kinda eh about it. if the show focused more on the dog, would be more entertained. XD

oh, and a rerun of Welcome to Eltingville was on. must write them a letter and show support...cos i really, really, REALLY want to see more episodes of this show. if you know me, you know how much i love Evan Dorkin and Sarah Dyer's comics. ne? so when all the talk was going on about how this might become a show on Cartoon Network, i really didn't think it could possibly happen. and when it was announced that it had, i was amazed...and hopeful. and the show indeed did not let me down. but there need to be more episodes of it, dammit! XD

(just as long as it doesn't end up like Invader Zim did. that was such a load of absolutely unbelievable shit, what happened to Zim. *glares* (warning: popups at the link above) it seems Cartoon Network treats things a little more decently...at least, so far. wonder if there's any way that they could get their hands on Zim...? probably not...but it'd be a nice thought. it'd work well as part of Adult Swim too, i think.

will stop rambling now. perhaps more later. ^^

janni likes to cook and bake. a lot. but mostly? she likes to sharpen her knives. because a dull knife is a dangerous knife, and we simply can't have that...

about this layout:
this is acid reflux v. 5.0 of Headphones Save Lives. featuring the ebullient Emperor Chairman Kaga from the fine Fuji TV show Ryori no Tetsujin and seen in the US on the Food Network as Iron Chef. revel in his mastery of bell peppers!
