CITY POISON

audio: "beautiful pigeon." moonshake.

to: the dude who sat behind me on the train this morning.

you've got business. that you need to conduct via your cell phone. on the train. at 6-something in the morning. fine, wonderful, dandy. shouldn't really matter to anyone else, 'cept whoever you're conducting your business with.

but do you HAVE TO TALK SO BLOODY LOUDLY?!??!?!?!?

really. do you have to YELL into the damned thing so that your voice echoes throughout the train car? O.O;;;

didn't think so. you woke me out of a sound sleep, and i'm pretty damned hard to wake up. that takes talent.

but regardless, your half-hour long REALLY FUCKING LOUD conversation was unbelievably considerate of all the other people stuck in that train with you on the way in this morning. really top class. you deserve a medal.

...in the shape of your impossibly small, 1337 little cell phone. jammed sideways up your imbecilic, non-voice-modulating all-important businessman arse. >P

***************

sometimes, i really <3 people. more than you'll ever know. XD

...but all that aside, today's a pretty nice day out. though it's allegedly going to thunderstorm later this week...however, i really don't believe anything the Weather Channel says anymore. seriously, if i had a dime for every time i've said that i'd love to have a job where i didn't get severely reprimanded for being COMPLETELY wrong about 50% of the time...XD

my keyboard will allegedly arrive today. it's listed as being "out for delivery" right now. am excited. wish i could be home to pounce on the oops man and prise it directly from his fingers, but no such luck...am instead at work. XD so, something to look forward to when i get home.

the case should be here Friday, as well. and it's funny...allegedly, the case weighs more than the board itself does. so it had better do a good job of protecting it! XD i know some of the weight is obviously packaging, but i still find that idea amusing, regardless.

hrrm. wonder if i'll fit in the case? it'd be funny. probably not with a 61-key keyboard case. maybe an 88 key one...am short, 'tis true...but am not that short.

that is, till you cut my legs off at the knee...er, nevermind. no need to put ideas in your heads now, is there? XD

perhaps more later.

janni likes to cook and bake. a lot. but mostly? she likes to sharpen her knives. because a dull knife is a dangerous knife, and we simply can't have that...

this is acid reflux v. 5.0 of Headphones Save Lives. featuring the ebullient Emperor Chairman Kaga from the fine Fuji TV show Ryori no Tetsujin and seen in the US on the Food Network as Iron Chef. revel in his mastery of bell peppers!
