BUILT TO SPILL

the small pocket of my backpack is now full of goo.

oddly enough, considering that i'm me, i haven't really spilled things in or on my backpacks very often. in fact, i can remember only one other time---a couple of years ago, a tube of hand lotion came open in the small pocket of the backpack i used most often then, and of course glooped itself all over the contents of said pocket. which was rather gross, it being lotion and all. there was no other recourse but to throw it in the washer. which was of course a big drag, considering that it was waterproof and therefore not supposed to be thrown in the washer. and that's not taking into account cleanup/weeding out of the contents of the pocket which had been coated in lotion and then lovingly rolled in backpack lint. eee.

but it seems i've done it again. the funny part is, this time it's with antibacterial hand sanitizer. and not just any hand sanitizer, but one given to me as a gift, which came from Bath & Body Works. therefore, the scent is guaranteed to knock you completely out in two whiffs or less. o.o;;;

add to this the fact that it's got little pieces of glitter in and you can see the amusing predicament i'm currently in. XD

what's even more amusing is the fact that the thing that got most completely soaked in this pocket was a little plastic sandwich baggie filled with miscellaneous change. it's awfully fitting that what is by far the filthiest thing on my person at any given time should be soaked accidentally in antibacterial hand cleaner. XD

perhaps it's meant to be a sign, like when i spilled floor cleaner all over our floor? heh. XD
